Directions:ŐSIMAGNESIUM Bath Flakes are a very effective way to increase your body’s magnesium levels. For a foot bath: Add 150-200g (a cup) of flakes in warm (not hot!) water and enjoy it for 20 minutes or longer if desired. For a bath soak: Add 250-300g (two cups) of flakes in a warm bath and relax for 20 minutes or longer. It is recommended to take two to three magnesium baths per week.
