Nutmeg essential oil is steam distilled from the kernel of the seeds. It is a warming and restorative oil that supports healthy circulation, muscles and joints, a healthy digestion system and nervous system. Nutmeg is also a tonic for hair and is beneficial for the scalp.

Directions:Blend 2-4 drops in a bath. Mix 5 drops with water to use in an oil burner. Mix 2-4 drops with hot water as an inhalation. Mix 2 drops per 10ml of carrier oil for massage. Patch test before use.
