With such an unusually high fruit content, there's no need to add any refined sugar or artificial sweeteners to make Superberries+ taste great! 'Frutteto' means 'orchard' in Italian as it's in the Tuscan hills that these fruit spreads are handmade using fully ripe, organic, whole fruit sourced as locally as possible. By using whole fruit and not pre-cooked puree, the nutrients and fibre within the fruit remain captured in the spreads. By cooking at low temperature in small batches, it helps to protect the vitamins, minerals, fibre content and aroma. This is unlike the traditional way of cooking jams and conserves, which destroys the goodness with harsh heat.
