Ayurvediq WellnessOrganic Ashwagandha

The root Ayurveda reaches for when the days are asking a lot. Traditionally taken for stress, stamina and sleep. Organic ashwagandha root, ground to a powder at 600mg a capsule. One ingredient, and the capsule that holds it. Withania somnifera, grown in India and sold in English as Indian ginseng. Ayurveda groups it with the grounding herbs, the ones taken steadily across months rather than in a short course. It has a strong, earthy smell, which is exactly what whole root powder should smell like. Certified organic by the Soil Association and Certified Vegan, and free from fillers, binders and flow agents. 120 capsules.
