Directions:
STEP 1: CLEANSE
A little goes a long way. Add a few drops to running water to create a gentle bubble bath, and gently cleanse your or your baby’s skin before rinsing with lukewarm water.

STEP 2: SOOTHE
Apply the balm sparingly to the skin and reapply as and when required. If using on cracked nipples, soothe onto nipples before and after feeds.

For perineal massage:

From 34 weeks, regularly massage your perineum to help it become more flexible and ready for childbirth. To massage, place one or both thumbs on and just within the back wall of the vagina, resting one or both forefingers on the buttocks. You may prefer to use only one hand. Gently massage by moving the thumb(s) and forefinger(s) together in an upwards and outwards rhythmic ‘U’ or ‘sling’ type movement. Massage for around five minutes; repeat daily or every other day for maximum benefit.
