For an invigorating tonic, mix 1-2 tablespoons of Biona cider vinegar with honey in a glass of water and enjoy immediately. Biona's cider vinegar is pure and unfiltered, which can result in cloudiness or sediments: this does not affect its quality. 5% acidity.
