We still wild harvest in the main, before drying using 100procent solar energy. Anthesis measured our carbon footprint and reported it be positive. Our packaging allows very long shelf-life, but is recyclable. We operate a Sharetrade (our own model - one up from Fairtrade) payment scheme for our wild harvester and farmer partners, so they earn a decent wage and can invest in their business and local communities.
