Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) leaf, Ceylon Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) bark, Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) leaf, Nettle (Urtica dioica) leaf, Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) leaf, Rosa centifolia petals, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride). Made in factory also handling nuts and seeds.

Directions for use

Directions:
Shake Well: Before opening, give the pouch a good shake to ensure all botanicals and vitamins are evenly mixed.

Prepare Fresh Water: start with freshly boiled water for the best flavour.

Measure: place 4 grams or two heaped teaspoons of loose-leaf tea into an infuser.

Brew: steep the tea for approximately five minutes to fully infuse flavours and aromas.

Drink up to twice a day.

Storage:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
