Directions:Take one sachet daily, morning or evening, preferably on an empty stomach. Add 100ml of cold water, milk or yoghurt to one sachet. Do not dissolve in fruit juice or carbonated drinks. If you are using antibiotics take the product two to three hours before or after antibiotic use.
