A non-drying, second step cleansing toner that clarifies and targets excess oil and impurities. Lemon myrtle helps reduce excess sebum, redness and shine while toning witch hazel helps remove excess oils without stripping. Salicylic acid lightly exfoliates, leaving your skin soft and refreshed.
