You can conveniently use REGOPUR daily. The recommended daily intake is 30-90 ml (1-3 cups). Herrens Mark suggest taking REGOPUR with a meal, ideally both at breakfast and dinner. For chronic conditions, HM recommend 90 ml (3 cups) daily until you feel the effect, then reduce to 60 ml daily. If you’re using the extract as part of a detox regimen, we recommend using it for a minimum of 3-months.

Whether you are taking REGOPUR as a daily supplement or as part of a detox regimen, Herrens Mark always recommend starting with a gradual increase:

• 1st Week - 30ml daily (1 cup)
• 2nd Week - 60ml daily (2 cups)
• 3rd Week - 90ml daily (3 cups)
• Subsequently - 30-90ml (1-3 cups daily)

The taste is sour, bitter. REGOPUR® is best consumed undiluted, however, if necessary, the extract can be mixed with sparkling water or juice from sour-tasting berries.

All extracts are made from freshly harvested organic herbs which are fermented with lactic acid bacteria. This means that the products are live, and as a result, the taste and consistency can vary from harvest to harvest and thus from product to product. Therefore, always remember to shake the carton thoroughly (turn the carton upside down) before each intake.
