Directions for use

Directions:
To relax and recover add 2-3 handfuls (200g) to a warm bath. Increase for a more intense experience. Soak for at least 20 minutes.

Storage:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
  • After each use, keep bag sealed and in a cool, dry place as over time salts can attract moisture.
