Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus), peppermint (Mentha arvensis), lemon (Citrus limonum), rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), ginger (Zingiber officinale), black pepper (Piper nigrum)

Directions for use

Directions:
Add 6-10 drops to an electric diffuser or oil burner

Add a few drops to your aroma jewellery

Add 6 drops to 10ml carrier oil and apply to your wrists and pulse points (use a roller ball for ease) or add to bath water for a relaxing soak
