Ingredients: Pure fish oil (sardine, anchovy, mackerel), carrier oil (medium chain triglycerides), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), antioxidant (mixed tocopherols). Coating: fish gelatin, glycerol.

Important Information

Keep somewhere cool, dry and out of kids’ reach. No need to refrigerate. Don’t use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Suitable (and very good) for pregnancy and breastfeeding. Food supplements aren’t a substitute for a healthy diet and lifestyle, and never take more than the recommended dose.

Taking too much vitamin D creates toxic levels of calcium in your blood. This may lead to nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, constipation, dizziness, fatigue, excessive thirst, poor appetite and frequent urination. Upper limit is 4000 IU a day which is 8 capsules of Rise & Shine.

It’s always good to check with your doctor before taking omega-3 if you:

  • are on any medication, such as blood thinners
  • are about to have surgery
  • have health concerns or conditions

Dosage

2 capsules per day.

It is recommended to always take your capsules with meals, as it helps your body absorb them and can make a good habit stick. Then you can look forward to feeling like a boss, with your immune defences in order.

That said, always do what works for you. You might prefer to spread them out across the day.
