We have selected the organic Seleno-L-Methionine form of selenium because of its superior absorption. Each tablet provides a full 200?́g of selenium.

Tableted with:
DiCalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin), Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate.

Disintegration time: Less than 1 hour.

Dosage

1 tablet daily with a meal.
