Directions:
A little goes a long way with pure shilajit resin, so you’ll only need to use a pea-sized amount (300mg-500mg) for each serving. Allow the shilajit to dissolve in a glass of warm water for a mixture with a rich, smoky flavour.

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
• Packaged in violet glass containers for maximum UV protection.
