Directions:
Start with half a teaspoon to one teaspoon of powder and build gradually.
Best to start slowly.
To enjoy the benefits of spirulina, consume one teaspoon daily.
Add spirulina to plain water, coconut water, juice, smoothies, yoghurt or on top of berries.
