Directions:Take one capsule daily on an empty stomach, 20 minutes to half an hour before a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. As fat inhibits the absorption of beta-sitosterol, capsules should be taken with juice or water and not milk or drinks containing fat.

This supplement contains 300mg phytosterols per capsule. Consumption of more than 3g/day of plant sterols/stanols should be avoided. If on cholesterol lowering medication or diabetic, consult a medical practitioner before using this product.
