TIANA Fairtrade Organic 100% Pure MCT Oil is made from organic raw extra virgin, first cold-pressed coconut oil. It contains medium-chain triglycerides C6, C8, C10 and C12 in a convenient liquid format. With a neutral taste, it can be added to coffee, smoothies, porridge, dressings and other foods or drinks. Take one 15ml tablespoon in the morning with or after breakfast; do not take on an empty stomach. This product is not suitable for cooking or frying. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians, it contains no stimulants, artificial colours, artificial flavours, preservatives or additives. It is also free from gluten, wheat, soya, dairy, lactose, egg, fish, added sugar and palm oil. Supplied in a recyclable 500ml glass bottle, providing approximately a 30-day supply when used as directed. Store in a cool, dry place, do not refrigerate, and use within 60 days of opening.
