Coconut Merchant: Toasted Coconut Chips

Using only the finest coconuts, Coconut Merchant has developed a range of coconut chips that are packed full of nutrients and flavour. Providing you with an easy way to access the benefits of coconuts, these coconut chips are available in two varieties, Toasted and Plain. These toasted slivers have a warm, nutty taste, and can be added to your cooking, baking, muesli and cereals, or just eaten on their own as a great, healthy snack! Unlike other coconut chips, Coconut Merchant chips are prepared from the pure white meat of coconuts grown in Sri Lanka. The raw meat is shredded and dehydrated at low temperatures to prevent diminishing the natural goodness of the coconuts.
