Directions:
Add Organic Traditions Hemp Seeds to every recipe. Add one to two tablespoons of Hemp Seed Hearts to smoothies, yoghurt, salads and desserts, puddings, sauces and dressings. Use in soups, oatmeal and all baked goods. Add to guacamole. Create nutritious trail mixes and nut butters.
