Ingredients: zinc (as zinc l-methionine sulphate), copper (as gluconate), microcrystalline cellulose, capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, water), magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
Take 1 capsule per day or every other day, preferably with food or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
