Directions:
One teabag of each blend daily morning, noon and evening for 21 days. It is recommended to use it consistently for a minimum of 12 weeks. Including a 7-day break after each 21-day period helps the body utilize the ingredients better.

Steep the teabag in boiling water for a minimum of 10 minutes. Leave it in for longer for more benefits.
