Our organic coconut flour is made from 100% coconut flesh. It's high in fibre, and higher in protein than normal flours. Naturally gluten free and vegan as well as non-GMO and preservative free. Fantastic for gluten-free baking. As ever, we keep our promise to make sure our coconut products are sourced ethically, which means that no monkeys are involved and farmers are treated fairly.
