Ingredients: Iron (as Ferrous Bisglycinate Chelate), Red Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus), Lemongrass Herb (Cymbopogon citratus), Beet Root Juice (Beta vulgaris), Stevia Leaf Extract (Stevia rebaudiana), Vegetable Glycerin, Deionised Water, Blackberry Juice Concentrate, Natural Mixed Berry Flavourings, Citric Acid.
Shake well before using. Adults: One (1) to two (2) teaspoons daily. Dilute in 2-3 ounces of water, or to taste. May also be taken undiluted or diluted in hot water for a nice herbal tea. Also suitable for men.
