Directions:
Bath: add 250g Magnesium Flakes (roughly two cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes.

Footbath: add 150g Magnesium Flakes (roughly one cup) to approximately five litres of water, enough to cover the feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.

It is recommended to take a magnesium bath two to three times a week.

Storage:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
