A traditional spiral shape from Trapani in Sicily, Busiate is crafted with freshly milled organic whole ancient grains. Made with spring water & bronze drawn for a coarse surface, the pasta is dried slowly at low temperatures to preserve nutrients & flavour. Wheat germ adds fibre & a nutty depth.
