Directions:
Mix one scoop of powder (12g of protein) with 400ml of water, milk or a milk alternative, preferably with an electric blender but protein shaker will work too. Depending on the milk or liquid you choose to mix your protein with, will affect sweetness and thickness. Best served cold or with ice. Drink one or two servings a day between meals or after exercise.

All food supplements should be taken while following a nutrient-rich diet for a minimum of six months to provide your body with the optimum vitamins, minerals and amino acids it needs.

• Reseal after opening.
