Directions:One capsule daily on an empty stomach, half an hour before a meal, or as directed. As fat inhibits the absorption of beta-sitosterol, capsules should be taken with juice or water and not milk or drinks containing fat.

This supplement contains 300mg phytosterols per capsule. Consumption of more than 3g/day of plant sterols/stanols should be avoided. Phytosterols are for people who want to lower their cholesterol levels. If on cholesterol lowering medication or diabetic, consult a medical practitioner before using this product. Not suitable in pregnancy, breastfeeding, in children under 5 years and by organ and tissue transplant recipients.
