Tincture of Schisandra chinensis. Minimum dry herb potency ratio 1:10. The recommended daily dosage (45 drops) contains 2-3ml valerian water-alcohol extract which is the equivalent of 200-300mg schisandra berries. Easy to dose liquid format in glass bottle.
