7-10 years – 200mg a day

11-14 years- 280mg a day

15-18 years- 300mg a day

After bath/showering, spray the recommended amount onto your child's tired legs and feet, or rub on to their tummy. You can use it on their neck if they have pains or a headache. Once you have massaged it in, wash your hands, and that's it! 10 seconds and you have helped your child in so many ways and supported their health

Do not spray on any cuts, scrapes or red marks as this may sting.
