This product contains vitamin A. Do not exceed 750μg (as retinol) per day if pregnant or likely to become pregnant except on the advice of a doctor or antenatal clinic. Long term intakes of this amount of vitamin B6 may lead to tingling and numbness. Long term intake of high levels of manganese may lead to muscle pain and fatigue.
