Black Tea*, Turmeric Root*, Ginger*, Cardamom*, Ceylon Cinnamon*, Clove*, Black pepper* 
*All organically certified ingredients

Directions for use

Directions:
One teaspoon (2g) per cup. Use freshly boiled water and brew for three to five minutes, add milk/mylk to taste. Or for a more authentic brew, bring to a boil in 220ml of milk/mylk and gently simmer for five minutes.
