Tincture of Valeriana officinalis (aka Amantilla). Minimum Dry Herb Potency Ratio 1:9. The recommended daily dosage (45 drops) contains 2-3 ml Valerian water-alcohol extract which is the equivalent of 222-333 mg dried valerian root. Easy to dose liquid format in a glass bottle.
