Magnesium ascorbate, potassium ascorbate, zinc ascorbate, acerola, citrus bioflavonoids,  bulking agent (cellulose (HPC)), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), flavouring (natural orange flavour), sweetener (fructose, mannitol)

Directions for use

Directions:
Take one chewable tablet one to two times daily, chew or take with water. Preferably spread your intake evenly throughout the day in order to achieve balanced blood levels.

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat

Mannitol taken in higher doses can cause osmotic diarrhoea and so can related sweeteners such as sorbitol and xylitol and also vitamin C. It is strongly recommended to not take more than 8 Vitamin C-500 Chewable Tablets (containing mannitol) a day.
