Directions:
Mix two slightly heaped scoops (50g) with 500ml (1 pint) of cold water. This product is ideal after intense workouts. It can also be taken before training or during prolonged exercise. Up to 4 servings can be taken per day. Once mixed, keep chilled and consume within 3 hours.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
