Vegetarian certified deliciously runny Natural Health Raw Fir Honey is made by bees in the wild areas and fir covered mountains of Greece. A sweet fruity honey, with a lovely berry after-taste, its aroma is rich and even. Fir Honey has a mild sweetness and is characterised as a honeydew honey, collected from the sweet secretions of aphids (Meligra) that live in the needle-like leaves of the fir trees. It is considered one of the best and most delicious honeys, although it requires special environmental conditions to be replicated in remote areas of Greece. Vegetarian Society approved, this Greek Fir Honey is pure, raw and unprocessed honey which maintains its natural consistency & taste and is packed full of amazing enzymes.
