Spárga is an extract from Asparagus stems/leaves (Asparagus officinalis), known as ‘the king of vegetables’. The common name comes from the Greek word Asparagos, meaning sprout/shoot; historically Asparagus officinalis had many uses. Asparagus officinalis is rich in phenols and flavonoids (including quercetin, kaempferol and rutin), as well as being a source of glutathione and the phytosterol β-sitosterol (beta-sitosterol).

Important Information

Warnings:

  • Suggested Adult (age 16+ years)

Dosage

Use: 10 drops, 2 times daily in 120ml (4 oz) water, 30 minutes before food, unless otherwise advised by your practitioner. Maximum 40 drops per day.
