Organically grown alfalfa seeds.
May contain traces of mustard and cereals containing gluten.

Directions for use

Directions:
Rinse thoroughly in fresh water before sowing and before consumption. Development of tiny fibrous roots may occur.
Per tray/jar: one tablespoon of seeds.
Soaking: four hours. Temperature: 18-22°C.
Watering: twice daily.
Ready to eat: after approximately six to eight days.

Storage:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
