Turmeric and Honey is committed to providing quality products alongside high standards of customer service.
Delivery Inspection & Damaged Items:
We recommend carefully inspecting all deliveries upon arrival, before signing any acceptance forms. If any item appears damaged and has not yet been signed for, you may refuse the delivery and return it with the driver. Please ensure that any issues are clearly recorded on the delivery slip.
If immediate inspection isn’t possible (such as with courier deliveries), please check the contents as soon as you can after receiving your order. If you notice any damage, faults, or discrepancies, contact us at shop@turmericandhoney.com within three working days of delivery and confirm the details in writing.

Once the issue is confirmed, a replacement will be arranged promptly.
Please note: We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items not reported within three working days if the damage could have reasonably been identified during an initial inspection—such as visible dents, scratches, or external damage.
*This policy does not apply to faults or defects that could not reasonably have been discovered at the time of delivery and does not affect your statutory rights or product guarantees.
Missing Items:
If you believe an item is missing from your delivery, please check all packaging carefully first. Some of our products are small and may be tucked inside protective wrapping or within other items.
If you’re certain something is missing, please contact us at shop@turmericandhoney.com within three working days of receiving your order so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that you did not order, please do not open or use it, as we will need to receive it back in its original condition.

Order no longer required:
If you decide that you no longer require your order, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please contact us first to request return authorisation.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unopened and unused condition, exactly as they were received.
Please note that, for health and safety reasons, certain products such as medicines, supplements and cosmetics cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or have been sent in error.
