Directions for use

Directions:
Adults: take one tablet twice daily. Preferably taken with water just before, during or after a meal. Swallow tablet whole.
For children aged 12 years and over, the recommended dose is one tablet daily.

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat
