Eskimo®-3 capsules are ideal for those looking to top up their omega-3 levels in an easy and convenient way in particular those who struggle to eat enough oily fish. The mini-capsule format makes them a good choice for those who struggle to take larger capsules or dislike taking conventional fish oils and allows flexible dosing. Taking 6 capsules daily provides EPA and DHA roughly equivalent to 3 portions of oily fish per week.

Providing the essential fatty acids EPA and DHA in their natural 3:2 ratio, the same concentration that is naturally found in oily fish. Omega-3 fatty acids have been well studied, with EPA and DHA contributing to the normal function of the heart, and DHA supporting normal brain function and vision.

Dosage

Suggested use:

3 capsules one to three times daily with meals, or as directed.

Children 4 to 12 years: 3 capsules one to two times daily

Storage:

Once opened, store in a cool dry place and use within 6 months.
