Directions for use

Directions:
Take two capsules per day, on an empty stomach and at least 20 minutes before or after hot food or drink.

Total dietary intake (from food and supplements) of phytosterols should not exceed 3g per day.
Monocolin K should not be consumed if you are taking cholesterol lowering medication.
Do not consume a daily amount of 3mg or more Monacolins from red yeast rice or take this product if you are already consuming other products containing red yeast rice.
This product is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women or adults above 70 years old.
