Bulking agent: calcium carbonate, magnesium bisglycinate, stabiliser: microcrystalline cellulose, l-tryptophan, milk protein hydrolysate, l-theanine, hops extract, anti-caking agents: stearic acid, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; pyridoxal-5-phosphate, lemon balm extract, emulsifier: sodium croscarmellose, coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and glycerine), 5-methyltetrahydrofolate, methylcobalamin.

Directions for use

Directions:
Take two tablets, in the evening, approximately one hour before bedtime.
