Plant phytosterols (providing beta-sitosterol), Cellasate™ (proprietary essential fatty acid complex) (milk), Enzogenol™ (proprietary antioxidant complex from pine bark), anti-caking agents: stearic acid and silicon dioxide, capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Directions for use

Directions:
One capsule daily on an empty stomach, half an hour before a meal, or as directed. As fat inhibits the absorption of beta-sitosterol, capsules should be taken with juice or water and not milk or drinks containing fat.

Not suitable in pregnancy, breastfeeding, in children under 5 years and by organ and tissue transplant recipients.
