Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble (such as abdominal pain, dark urine, or jaundice); if you have an iron deficiency; if you are taking antiplatelet medication; if you have gallstones or a bile duct obstruction; if you have stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid; if you have gastrointestinal lesions/ulcers, are taking anticoagulants/blood thinners, anti-inflammatories, or antibiotics; or if you are having surgery. If symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner. Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal disturbances such as diarrhoea, abdominal pain, heartburn, nausea and vomiting; in which case, discontinue use.
