Ingredients: calcium lactate pentahydrate, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate hydrate, magnesium citrate, ascorbic acid, sodium citrate dihydrate, potassium citrate, zinc citrate trihydrate, sodium selenate, riboflavin, chromic chloride, sodium molybdate dihydrate.
Mix 10g (approx. 3 level teaspoons) in a glass of water (200ml). Stir well until dissolved and consume immediately. Take once to twice daily with meals or between meals.
