We get asked a lot about dosage for children, understandably! From our own personal experience and countless reviews we've received from customers, the health benefits from taking half a ml (0.5ml) from 6 months to a year and then 1ml from a year onwards are incredible.

Action Heroes tastes great – you can just pop a drop into your child’s mouth straight from the syringe.

It’s best to give Action Heroes to children at mealtimes. It’s easier to make it a fun habit this way, and the omega-3 is better absorbed alongside food.

For the very reluctant, just mix it into anything cold: juice, a smoothie, yogurt or salad dressing. Keep your bottle in the fridge once you’ve opened it.

The great thing about liquid form is the dosage can be varied and we always recommend parents consult a registered nutritional therapist for guidance.
