Important Information

Dosage

Put 60g in a saucepan and add 200-250ml of your milk of choice.

On a medium heat, stir for 4-5 minutes. Turn off heat and leave for a further minute.

Add sweetness and if you like add your favourite topping.

Can also be used to make overnight oats.
